How does it work? Stock throttle tubes and cams have a “circular” shape which the cable rides on. With a stock tube or cam, the path of the cable is consistent and non variable, leading to a jerky initial pull. With this design, the shape of the cam varies depending on the position of the throttle pull, with the first initial pull “lengthening” the cable, mellowing the bike out, and slowly tapering to a stock “circular” shape, leading to full 100% throttle.
